The capsule size is fine and I’ve noticed my knees don’t creak when I get up from my desk anymore. The boswellia plus collagen combo seems to be doing its job, and I appreciate that it’s a daily thing I don’t dread taking.

My knee didn’t ache on my usual 5-mile hike this weekend—first time in months—and I think the BioCell collagen and turmeric combo is finally doing its job. The two daily capsules are easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste. It took about two weeks to notice, but the morning stiffness is genuinely gone.
