프라이멀 멀티 콜라겐

Six weeks in and my knees don't creak when I get out of bed anymore—that's the joint support I was hoping for. Capsules are easy to swallow and I've noticed my skin looks a bit plumper too, which is a nice bonus.

The five-type blend in these capsules is exactly what I was hoping for, and after a month my knees don't creak on the stairs anymore. Each serving is just two pills so it's easy to stick with, and I've noticed my skin looks a bit more plumped in the morning.

I've been taking these for about three weeks now and my skin definitely feels more hydrated, plus the five collagen types in one capsule make it easy to get a full daily dose. The capsules are small enough to swallow without any trouble, which was my biggest worry when I ordered them.
