Kompleks Kunyit Primal

The morning stiffness in my knees has eased enough that I'm back to pacing the garden without stopping halfway. I take the capsule with breakfast and notice the difference around day ten, which feels like real progress for a turmeric formula.

Three weeks in and I can finally bend down to tie my shoes without bracing for that sharp twinge in my hip. The turmeric and curcumin combo is doing exactly what the label promises, and the capsules are easy to swallow. I've already reordered.

My knees used to ache after my morning walk, but three weeks into these capsules and I'm already moving easier. The curcumin content is solid and I like that it's simple to swallow with my coffee.
