Magnesium Primal

The mix of glycinate, citrate, and malate means I actually feel the muscle relaxation kick in about an hour after taking it, without any stomach upset like other supplements. My sleep has been noticeably deeper the past two weeks, and the zinc addition is a nice bonus.

I was skeptical about magnesium blends, but the glycinate-citrate-malate combo here seems to really hit the mark. My legs feel less restless at night and I wake up without that heavy, groggy feeling. The zinc addition is a nice bonus too.

This is the first supplement that actually makes me feel the difference — my legs stop tensing up at night and I wake up less stiff. The three-magnesium blend with zinc covers everything I used to take separately.
