Multivitamínico Primal

The capsule is genuinely easy to swallow, which matters more than I expected after choking down horse-pill vitamins for years. I’ve got noticeably steadier energy through the afternoon slump since starting it, so it’s doing its job for my daily routine.

This is the first multivitamin I've actually remembered to take daily, mostly because the capsule is so easy to swallow. Energy feels steadier through the afternoon, and I don't get that mid-day crash anymore.

I've been taking this each morning with breakfast for three weeks now, and my afternoon slump is genuinely gone — the energy part of the formula is working for me. One capsule a day is all it takes, which makes it easy to stay consistent even on chaotic days.
