I was skeptical about adding another supplement, but the probiotic plus fiber combo has genuinely evened out my digestion. I take it every morning and no longer feel bloated by mid-afternoon. The plant extracts give me a noticeable energy lift without making me jittery.

I've been taking these with breakfast for two weeks and my bloating is noticeably less by mid-afternoon, which hasn't happened with other fiber supplements. The combination of probiotics and plant extracts seems to actually do something for my gut.

The capsules are easy to swallow and I like that it combines probiotics with fiber instead of making me take three separate supplements. My digestion feels noticeably more regular by the end of the first week, and I’m not bloated after meals anymore.
