I’ve been taking these with breakfast for about six weeks now, and my knees don’t creak the way they used to when I climb stairs. The vitamin K alongside the calcium makes me feel like the nutrients are actually going somewhere. Definitely sticking with this routine.

The combination of vitamin K with the calcium and D is exactly what I was looking for, since I read that helps the minerals get where they need to go. My knees don’t creak as much on my morning walks, and I feel like I’m actually doing something for my long-term bone density.

I’ve been taking these for about six weeks now and the combination of D and K with the calcium is exactly what my doctor wanted me to add. Noticeably less creaking in my knees when I get up from my desk, which is a win at 50. The capsules are a bit large but easy enough to swallow with breakfast.
